If within six months of delivery the product becomes unsafe, or is defective, you may return it and elect to have it repaired, replaced or have the purchase price refunded in full. These guarantees apply provided that the care instructions on the label are followed. These guarantees do not cover pilling, damage caused by snagging, heat, or any form of chemical, mechanical or other accidental damage.
Any Pres Les product that becomes unfit for further use through normal wear and tear (excluding normal fading) within the guarantee period — provided the care instructions have been followed — will be replaced free of charge. If the product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a product of equivalent value. An equivalent value will be passed onto the purchase of any other Pres Les product.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery once the order is accepted. Tracking is available for processed orders.
