When do I start paying for my instalment order?

We will bill you after your parcel has been dispatched. If you are being billed for a product that you have not yet received, kindly contact our Customer Care Team on 0860 773 753 for further assistance. 

 

You can pay your account via:


Debit Order
Simply complete a debit order authorisation form. Forms are obtainable from Customer Accounts: Call 0860 773753; Fax 0860 329 773 or email info@presles.co.za.

Any branch of First National Bank
Give your statement to the bank teller together with your payment. Your payment will be sent to us electronically and we will automatically credit your account. The bank will stamp your receipt for you to keep as proof of payment.

Any Post Office
Simply take your statement to the Post Office and hand it in together with your payment. Your payment will be sent to us electronically and we will automatically credit your account. Remember to keep your receipt as proof of payment.

EasyPay
Simply take your statement together with your payment and hand it to the cashier at any Pick ’n Pay outlet, Hypersavers, selected Woolworths stores, Tranzact kiosks at Engen Quick Shops or Money Market kiosks at Shoprite/Checkers countrywide. Your payment will be sent to us electronically and we will credit your account. Remember to keep your till slip/receipt as proof of payment.

Electronic Payment System
If you have an account with ABSA, First National Bank, NEDBANK or Standard Bank, you may use their Electronic Payment System. Simply take your statement to your local branch and the bank teller will be glad to assist you.

Internet payment/EFT
Use the following account information to transfer your payment. Account Information: First National Bank, Claremont Branch, Branch Code 200109, Account Number 62000878225. Quote the Customer Reference Number as printed on your statement.

Kindly fill in the Debit Order section on your order form. If that has not been done, please contact us on 0860 773 753 with your bank details and order number/ID number and we will set up a debit order.

Payments take 48 hours to reflect on your account.
