This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage due to washing and/or cleaning instructions not being followed as indicated on the Pres Les sewn-in label.
  • Pilling and damage caused by snagging.
  • Heat, chemical and accidental damage.
  • Any products that have been altered and/or from which the Pres Les sewn-in label has been removed.
